APPROVING A CALL FOR BIDS FOR EXPANSION OF OSAGE STATION PARK
ROSE GARDEN
PROJECT NO. B-013
WHEREAS, the construction of additional rose boxes will provide more opportunities for
Danville area residents; and to support community beautification efforts for the enjoyment of
our park visitors; and
WHEREAS, the expansion of Osage Station Park Rose Garden, Project No. B-013 is included
in the 2001/02 Capital Improvement Program; and
WHEREAS, plans and specifications for expansion of Osage Station Park Rose Garden, Project
No. B-013, have been developed to meet current federal and state compliance standards, and
have been reviewed and approved by the City Engineer; now therefore, be it
RESOLVED by the Danville Town Council that the City Clerk is hereby authorized and
directed to call for bids for construction of the expansion of Osage Station Park Rose Garden,
Project No. B-013.
APPROVED by the Danville Town Council at a regular meeting on October 16, 2001, by the
following vote:
