HomeMy WebLinkAbout091-01Recorded at request c2f: Town of Danville When recorded, mail to: Town of Danville City Clerk 510 LaGonda Way Danville, CA 94526-1740 CONTRR COSTf Co Recorder Office STEPHEN L, IJEIR, Clerk-Recorder DOC- 2001-0275176-00 Check Number Thursday, SEP 13, 2001 14:13:42 FRE $0.00 T[I Pd $0,0e Nbr-e$005271S6 ke~/R&/21-3 RESOLUTION NO. 91-2001 ACCEPTING PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS AND DEDICATIONS AND ESTABLISHING THE SATISFACTORY COMPLETION OF PRIVATE IMPROVEMENTS FOR SD 8332, QUAIL GARDENS, LOCATED AT ABIGAIL CIRCLE SOUTH OF MAISON DRIVE WHEREAS, Trident Association, LLC, is the subdivider of said subdivision; and WHEREAS, the subdivider has requested the Town of Danville accept said subdivision improvements as complete and accept the dedications offered to the Town of Danville on the recorded subdivision map of SD 8332, Quail Gardens; and WHEREAS, the City Engineer has advised that the improvements required as a condition of'that subdivision agreement between the Town of Danville and said subdivider have been satisfactorily completed; and WHEREAS, said subdivision ties within the corporate limits of the Town of Danville; and WHEREAS, it is now in the interest of the Town of Danville to: 1. accept those dedications ofpublic streets and other easements on said subdivision map for the benefit and use of the general public; and 2. accept those public improvements installed as public facilities for the benefit and use of the general public; and 3. establish those private improvements as complete within said subdivision; and WHEREAS, the Danville Town Council must act affirmatively in order for the subdivision improvements and dedications to be accepted; now, therefore, be it RESOLVED, that the Danville Town Council accepts the following dedications offered for the public benefit within this subdivision: 1. Parcels "H", "I" and "J" are hereby accepted as public street easements 2. Public Utility Easement(s) (P.U.E) abutting the public streets RESOLVED, that the Town of Danville hereby accepts those public improvements installed as a condition of this subdivision agreement; and be it further RESOLVED, that the Town of Danville hereby establishes those private improvements as complete within this subdivision; and be it further RESOLVED, that Town staff is authorized and directed to release those securities required as a condition of this subdivision in accordance with the Danville Municipal Code.
