APPROVING A GRANT OF SCENIC EASEMENT OVER PORTIONS OF
PARCELS "A" AND "B" OF MINOR SUBDIVISION MS 852-93 (165 PM 29),
ASSESSOR PARCEL NUMBERS 202-171-019 and 202-171-020,
692 & 694 GWEN COURT
West Coast Home Builders Inc.
WHEREAS, Biv~-~-~.y-Ba/l,l~,~-,-I.~. is the property owner of 694 and 692 Gwen Court (Parcels
"B' and "A" respectively, APN 202-171-019 & 202-171-020); and
WHEREAS, said owner has dedicated a scenic easement of 0.35 acres to the Town of Danville;
and
WHEREAS, the acceptance of the scenic easement will grant the Town the development rights
for the area within the scenic easement and prohibit the development of structures or grading in
the scenic easement area; therefore, be it
RESOLVED, now, by the Danville Town Council that theTown of Danville does hereby accept
this scenic easement over portions of Parcels "A" and "B" of Minor Subdivision MS 852-93 (165
PM 29) located at 692 and 694 Gwen Court (APN 202-171-019 & 202-171-020); and be it
further
RESOLVED, that the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to have the scenic easement
over portions of Parcel "A" and "B" of Minor Subdivision 852-93 (165 PM 29) located at 692
and 694 Gwen Court (APN 202-171-019 & 202-171-020) recorded with the County Recorder of
the County of Contra Costa.
APPROVED by the Danville Town Council at a regular meeting on June 5, 2001, by the
following vote:
