APPROVING A NOTICE OF COMPLETION FOR THE IRON HORSE TRAIL
CROSSING AT SAN RAMON VALLEY BOULEVARD PROJECT,
CONTRACT NO. C-323
WHEREAS, on April 5, 2000, the Town of Danville entered into a contract with Golden Bay
Construction, Inc. for the Iron Horse Trail Crossing at San Ramon Valley Boulevard Project,
Contract No. C-323; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has determined that the work under this project has been
completed as of January 31,2001, in accordance with the plans and specifications thereof; now,
therefore, be it
RESOLVED, by the Danville Town Council that said work by and with Golden Bay
Construction, Inc. is hereby accepted as complete; and, be it further
RESOLVED, that the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to file with the County
Recorder of the County of Contra Costa, aNotice of Completion for said project within ten (10)
days from the date hereof.
APPROVED by the Danville Town Council at a regular meeting on June 5, 2001, by the
following vote:
