DOC- 2000-0289782-00 q Return to: City Clerk Town ofDanville 510 La Gonda Way Danville, CA 94526 Check Number Tuesday, DEe 26, 2000 10:57:32 FRE $0.00 Ttl Pd $0.00 Nbr-0000206060 lee/R5/1-4 Document TitIe(s) Resolution No. 159-2000 Accepting Public Improvements and Dedications for Subdivision 8003, Old Blackhawk Estates, Located on the Northwest Corner of Old Blackhawk Road and Lacewood Way Recorded at request of: Town of Danville When recorded, mail to: Town of Danville City Clerk 510 LaGonda Way l)anville, CA 94526-1740 For Recorders Use RESOLUTION NO. 159-2000 ACCEPTING PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS AND DEDICATIONS FOR SUBDIVISION 8003, OLD BLACKHAWK ESTA.TES, LOCATED ON THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF OLD BLACKHAWK ROAD AND LACEWOOD WAY WHEREAS, Davidon Homes, is the subdivider of said subdivision; and WHEREAS, the subdivider has requested the Town of Danville accept said subdivision improvements as complete and accept the dedications offered to the Town of Danville on the recorded subdivision map of Subdivision 8003, Old Blackhawk Estates (Instrument No. 98- 323219); and WHEREAS, the City Engineer has advised that the public improvements required as a condition of that subdivision agreement between the Town of Danville and said subdivider have been satisfactorily completed; and WHEREAS, said subdivision lies ~vithin the corporate limits of the Town of Danville; and WHEREAS, it is now in the roterest of the Town of Danville to: accept those dedications for public streets and other easements on said subdivision map, for the benefit and use of the general public; and accept those public improvements installed as public facilities for the benefit and use of the general public: and WHEREAS, the Danville Town Council must act affirmatively in order for the subdivision improvements and dedications to be accepted: now, therefore. be it RESOLVED, that the Danville Town Council accepts following dedications offered for the public benefit within this subdivision: 1. Victoria Lane is hereby accepted' as public street easement; and 2. Public Utility Easement(s) (P.U.E.) abutting the public streets; and Storm Drain Easement(s) (S.D.E.) on Lot 13 and Lot 14; and Pedestrian Access Easement(s) (P.A.E.) on Lot 6, Lot 12 and Lot 13; and Scenic Easement(s) (S.E.) on Lot 13 and Lot 14; and Structure Setback Easement(s) (S.S.B.E) on Lot 13 and Lot 14; and, be it further RESOLVED, that the Town of Danville hereby accepts those public improvements installed as a condition of this subdivision agreement; and, be it further RESOLVED, that Town staff is authorized and directed to release those securities required as a condition of this subdivision in accordance with the Danville Municipal Code.
