APPROVING NOTICE OF COMPLETION AND TRANSFER OF FUNDS FOR THE
PAVEMENT REPAIR, PARK & RIDE, CONTRACT NOo E~002
WHEREAS, on August 2, 2000, the Town of Danville entered into a contract for $125,905 with
Redgwick Construction Company Inc. for the Pavement Repair, Park & Ride, Contract No. E-002;
and
WHEREAS, the Town anticipated that deductive changes orders to the project would reduce the
contract amount to $110,000; and
WHEREAS, $110,000 in funding was available in the Sycamore Valley Road Park & Ride Project,
CIP No. C-065, to complete the project; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has determined that all work included in this project has now been
completed as of October 10, 2000, in accordance with the project plans and specifications; and
WHEREAS, the final contract amount for all work performed is $121,289.55; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that $11,289.55 be transferred from the Pavement Management Project, ContractNo.
C-306, to the Pavement Repair, Park & Ride, Contract No. E-002; and, be it further
RESOLVED, that the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to file with the County Recorder
of the County ofContra Costa, a Notice of Completion for said project within ten (10) days from the
date hereof.
APPROVED by the Danville Town Council at a regular meeting on December 19, 2000, by the
