RESOLUTION NOo 19-2000
ACCEPTING PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS AND DEDICATIONS FOR SUBDIVISION
8078, VALEROSA, LOCATED ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF CAMINO TASSAJARA,
DIRECTLY ACROSS FROM SYCAMORE VALLEY PARK
WHEREAS, Braddock & Logan Group, L.P., is the Subdivider of said subdivision; and
WHEREAS, the Subdivider has requested the Town of Danville accept said subdivision
improvements as complete and accept the dedications offered to the Town of Danville on the
recorded subdivision map of Subdivision 8078, Valerosa (Instrument No. 98-124284); and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has advised that the public improvements required as a condition
of that subdivision agreement between the Town of Danville and said Subdivider have been
satisfactorily completed; and
WHEREAS, said subdivision lies within the corporate limits of the Town of Danville; and
WHEREAS, it is now in the interest of the Town of Danville to:
o
accept those dedications for public streets and other easements on said subdivision
map, for the benefit and use of the general public; and
accept those public improvements installed as public facilities for the benefit and use
of the general public; and
WHEREAS, the Danville Town Council must act affirmatively in order for the subdivision
improvements and dedications to be accepted; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the Danville Town Council accepts following dedications offered for the public
benefit within this subdivision:
1. Camino Tassajara, Fairwood court, and Fieldstone Drive are hereby accepted as public street
easements; and
2. Public Utility Easement(s) (P.U.E.) abutting the public streets; and
3. Town Storm Drain Easement (T.S.D.E.) on Parcel A; and
4. Public Trail Access Easement (P.T.A.E) on Parcel A for use as a public trail; and
5. Wall Maintenance Easement (WoM.E) on Lots 4 and 5 for the maintenance of the masonry
wall along Camino Tassajara; and
6. Temporary Access Easement (T.A.E.) on Lots 4 and 5 for a temporary roadway. This
easement shall be quit claimed when alternative access is made available; and, be it further
RESOLVED, that the Town of Danville hereby accepts those public improvements installed as a
condition of this subdivision agreement; and, be it further
RESOLVED, that Town staff is authorized and directed to release those securities required as a
condition of this subdivision in accordance with the Danville Municipal Code.

This is to certify that the interests in real property conveyed by the attached instrument to the
Town of Danville in the County of Contra Costa, State of California, are hereby accepted by the
undersigned officer on behalf of the Town of Danville, and the grantee consents to recordation
thereof by its duly authorized officer.
