HomeMy WebLinkAbout018-00RESOLUTION NO, 18-2000 ACCEPTING A SCENIC EASEMENT ON LOT 6 OF SUBDIVISION 7566, LOCATED AT 75 EL PINTADO PLACE (APN: 200-230-012) WHEREAS, Kiper Development Inc. is the property owner of 75 El Pintado Place (Lot 6 of Subdivision 7566; APN 200-230-012); and WHEREAS, said owners have dedicated a scenic easement of 1.98 acres to the Town of Danville at the westem side of the property; and WHEREAS, the acceptance of the scenic easement will grant the Town the development rights for the area within the scenic easement and prohibit the development of structures or grading in the scenic easement area; now, therefore, be it RESOLVED, that the Town of Danville does hereby accept this scenic easement on Lot 6 of Subdivision 7566, located at 75 El Pintado Place (APN: 200-230-012) and, be it further RESOLVED, that the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to have the scenic easement on Lot 6 of Subdivision 7566, located at 75 El Pintado Place (APN 200-230-012) recorded with the office of the Contra Costa County Recorder. APPROVED by the Danville Town Council at a regular meeting on February 15, 2000, by the following vote: AYES: Greenberg, NOES: None ABSTAINED: None ABSENT: None Doyle, Arnerich, Shimansky, Waldo APPROVED AS TO FORM: CITY ATTORNEY MAYOR ATTEST: CITY CLERK
