HomeMy WebLinkAbout101-99 RESOLUTION NO. 101-99 ADOPTING THE 1999/2000 MASTER FEE SCHEDULE FOR USER AND COST RECOVERY FEES WHEREAS, the Town of Danville charges facility use fees for the rental and use of Town- owned and maintained facilities; and WHEREAS, the Town charges building, planning and engineering processing and permit fees for the purpose of recovering the reasonable costs of providing these services; and WHEREAS, the Town Council annually establishes such fees as part of the Master Fee Schedule through resolution; and WHEREAS, the Town Council conducted a public hearing to receive testimony regarding the proposed increases in user and cost recovery fees; now, therefore be it RESOLVED, by the Danville Town Council that the 1999/2000 Master Fee Schedule for user and cost recovery fees, as set forth in Exhibit 1 attached hereto, is hereby adopted and shall go into effect on July 1, 1999.
