APPROVING SUBDIVISION MAP AND SUBDIVISION IMPROVEMENT
AGREEMENT FOR THE CROSSINGS, SUBDIVISION 8141, LOCATED ALONG
GREEN VALLEY ROAD BETWEEN HOPE LANE AND WAINGARTH WAY AND
ACCEPTING AN OFFER OF DEDICATION FOR RIGHT-OF-WAY ON THE
NORTHERN HALF OF HOPE LANE
WHEREAS, Davidon Homes, subdivider of said subdivision, has requested the Town of
Danville approve said Subdivision Map and Subdivision Improvement Agreement; and
WHEREAS, the Subdivision Map and Subdivision Improvement Agreement comply with
standards set forth in the California Subdivision Map Act and Danville Municipal Code; and
WHEREAS, subdivider has now complied with all Conditions of Approval established by
the Town of Danville for the subject subdivision; and
WHEREAS, the subdivider has agreed to a modification of Conditions of Approval C.7 and
D. 11 by which the three adjoining property owners (Lots 1, 6, and 7) shall be responsible for
maintenance of the landscape area fronting Green Valley Road, and this obligation shall be
reflected in the CC&Rs for the subdivision; and
WHEREAS, said subdivision lies within the corporate limits of the Town of Danville; and
WHEREAS, this Subdivision Map and Subdivision Improvement Agreement are consistent
with the Town's General Plan; and
WHEREAS, the area offered for dedication is currently within an existing roadway easement
(6879 OR 745); now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the Subdivision Map and Subdivision Improvement Agreement are hereby
approved and Town staff is hereby authorized and directed to execute the same on behalf of
the Town; and, be it further
RESOLVED, that the Town of Danville does hereby accept the offer of dedication for right-
of-way on the northern half of Hope Lane and the Town staff is hereby authorized and
directed to execute the same on behalf of the Town.
APPROVED by the Danville Town Council at a regular meeting on April 20, 1999, by the
following vote:
