HomeMy WebLinkAbout007-99RESOLUTION NO. 7-99 APPROVING NOTICE OF COMPLETION FOR THE GREEN VALLEY SCHOOL PARKING LOT~ CONTRACT NO. B-317 WHEREAS, on June 23, 1998, the Town of Danville entered into a contract with Gradetech, Inc. for the Green Valley School Parking Lot, Contract No. B-317; and WHEREAS, the City Engineer has determined that the work under this project has been completed as of January 4, 1999, in accordance with the plans and specifications thereof; now, therefore, be it RESOLVED, by the Danville Town Council that said work by and with Gradetech, Inc. is hereby accepted as complete; and, be it further RESOLVED, that the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to file with the County Recorder of the County of Contra Costa, a Notice of Completion for said project within ten (10) days from the date hereof. APPROVED by the Danville Town Council at a regular meeting on February 2, 1999, by the following vote: AYES: NOES: None ABSTAINED: None ABSENT: None Arnerich, Greenberg, Doyle, Shimansky, Waldo MAYOR APPROVED AS TO FORM: CITY ATTORNEY ATTEST: CITY CLERK
