AUTHORIZING THE INSTALLATION OF STOP SIGNS ON
MUSTANG DRIVE AT ST. PATRICKS DRIVE
WHEREAS, the streets named in this resolution are maintained by the Town of Danville; and
WHEREAS, traffic and engineering studies conducted by the Town establish that additional
traffic controls are needed at all approaches to the intersection of Mustang Drive and St. Patricks
Drive to enhance traffic safety; and
WHEREAS, the stop signs, as declared by this resolution, will facilitate the orderly movement
of traffic in a reasonable and safe manner; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED by the Danville Town Council that pursuant to Section 21354 of the California
Vehicle Code, the above-named intersection is hereby declared a stop intersection and stop signs
shall be erected at all the vehicle entrances thereto as described above.
APPROVED, by the Danville Town Council at a regular meeting on October 6, 1998, by the
following vote:
