HomeMy WebLinkAbout110-98RESOLUTION NO. 110-98 APPROVING NOTICE OF COMPLETION FOR PAVEMENT SUBDRAIN PROJECT 1997C CONTRACT NO. C-306 (97C) WHEREAS, on February 4, 1998, the Town of Danville entered into a contract with WSP Trucking, Inc. for the Pavement Subdrain Project 1997C, Contract No. C-306 (97C); and WHEREAS, the City Engineer has determined that the work under this project has been completed as of June 15,1998, in accordance with the plans and specifications thereof; now, therefore, be it RESOLVED, by the Danville Town Council that said work by and with WSP Trucking, Inc. is hereby accepted as complete; and, be it further RESOLVED, that the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to file with the County Recorder of the County of Contra Costa, a Notice of Completion for said project within ten (10) days from the date hereof. APPROVED, by the Danville Town Council at a regular meeting on July 21, 1998, by the following vote: AYES: Waldo, Arnerich, NOES: None ABSTAINED: None ABSENT: Doyle Greenberg, Shimansky MAYOR APPROVED AS TO FORM: CITY ATTORNEY ATTEST: CITY CLERK
