HomeMy WebLinkAbout036-98RESOLUTION NO. 36-98 APPROVING NOTICE OF COMPLETION FOR ROADSIDE AND MEDIAN PLANT REPLACEMENT, CONTRACT NO. B-001 WHEREAS, on December 1, 1997, the Town of Danville entered into a contract with Nimco Landscape Services for the Roadside and Median Plant Replacement, Contract No. B-001; and WHEREAS, the City Engineer has determined that the work under this project has been completed as of January 8, 1998, in accordance with the plans and specifications thereof; now, therefore, be it RESOLVED, by the Danville Town Council that said work by and with Nimco Landscape Services is hereby accepted as complete; and, be it further RESOLVED, that the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to file with the County Recorder of the County of Contra Costa, a Notice of Completion for said project within ten (10) days from the date hereof. APPROVED by the Danville Town Council at a regular meeting on March 3, 1998, by the following vote: AYES: Waldo, NOES: None ABSTAINED: None ABSENT: None Arnerich, Doyle, Greenberg, Shimansky MAYOR APPROVED AS TO FORM: CITY ATTORNEY ATTEST: CITY CLERK
