AUTHORIZING CLOSURE OF STREETS FOR THE
PRIMO'S RUN FOR EDUCATION ON OCTOBER 11, 1998
WHEREAS, the Primo's Run for Education is scheduled to take place on Sunday,
October 11, 1998; and
WHEREAS, this is an annual event benefitting the San Ramon Valley Education Foundation;
and
WHEREAS, the half marathon race routes through the Town of Danville; and
WHEREAS, this route is unchanged from last year's race route and requires street closures
between the hours of 6:30 a.m. and 9:00 a.m.; now, therefore be it
RESOLVED, by the Danville Town Council that the street sections listed below are hereby
ordered closed to vehicular traffic between the hours of 6:30 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. on Sunday,
October 11, 1998:

Diablo Road between Hartz Avenue and Front Street;
Hartz Avenue between Linda Mesa and Prospect Avenue;
Front Street between Diablo Road and Hartz Way;
Hartz Way between Front Street and Laurel Drive;
Laurel Drive between Hartz Way and the end of Laurel Drive at the entrance to the
Freitas Trail;
Freitas Trail between Laurel Drive and Freitas Road;
Freitas Road between Freitas Trail and Morninghome Road;
Morninghome Road between Freitas Road and Old Farm Road;
Old Farm Road between Morninghome Road and Contada Circle;
Contada Circle between Old Farm Road and Thornhill Road;
Thomhill Road between Contada Circle and Old Orchard Drive;

Greenbrook Drive between E1 Capitan Drive and the Iron Horse Trail;
Iron Horse Trail between Greenbrook Drive and Paraiso Drive;
Paraiso Drive between Iron Horse Trail and Camino Ramon;
Camino Ramon between Paraiso Drive and Fostoria Way; and
21. Fostoria Way between Camino Ramon and Camino Ramon imo San Ramon.
