HomeMy WebLinkAbout147-97 RESOLUTION NO. 147-97 APPROVING NOTICE OF COMPLETION FOR FRONT STREET PARK LANDSCAPE IMPROVEMENTS, PHASE IA, CONTRACT NO. B-097 WHEREAS, on July 25, 1997, the Town of Danville entered into a contract with Apollo Concrete for the Front Street Park Landscape Improvements, Phase IA, Contract No. B-097; and WHEREAS, the City Engineer has determined that the work under this project has been completed as of August 22, 1997, in accordance with the plans and specifications thereof; now, therefore, be it RESOLVED, by the Danville Town Council that said work by and with Apollo Concrete is hereby accepted as complete; and, be it further RESOLVED, that the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to file with the County Recorder of the County of Contra Costa, a Notice of Completion for said project within ten (10) days from the date hereof. APPROVED, by the Danville Town Council at a Regular Meeting on October 7, 1997, by the following vote: AYES: Doyle, NOES: None ABSTAINED: None ABSENT: None Waldo, Arnerich, Greenberg, Shimansky APPROVED AS TO FORM: CITY ATTORNEY ATTEST: CITY CLERK
