HomeMy WebLinkAbout056-97 RESOLUTION NO. 56-97 APPROVING NOTICE OF COMPLETION FOR PAVEMENT REPAIR PROJECT 96B CONTRACT C-038 (96B) WHEREAS, on September 3, 1996, the Danville Town Council awarded a contract to El Camino Paving for the Pavement Repair Project 1996B, Contract No. C-038(96B); WHEREAS, the City Engineer has determined that the work under this project has been completed as of February 21, 1997, in compliance with the plans and specifications thereof; now, therefore, be it RESOLVED, by the Danville Town Council that said work by and with El Camino Paving, is hereby accepted as complete; and be it further RESOLVED, that the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to file with the County Recorder of the County of Contra Costa, a Notice of Completion for said project within ten (10) days from the date hereof. APPROVED by the Danville Town Council at a Regular Meeting on May 6, 1997, by the following vote: AYES: Doyle, Waldo, Arnerich, Greenberg, Shimansky NOES: None ABSTAINED: None ABSENT: None J APPROVED AS TO FORM: ATTEST: CITY ATTORNEY CITY CLERK
