APPROVING NOTICE OF COMPLETION FOR
SAN RAMON VALLEY BOULEVARD/RAILROAD AVENUE/HARTZ AVENUE
STREET IMPROVEMENTS, CONTRACT NO. C-068; MEASURE C NO. 1715
WHEREAS, on August 1, 1995, the Danville Town Council awarded a contract to Redgwick
Construction Company for the San Ramon Valley Boulevard/Railroad Avenue/Hartz Avenue
Street Improvements, Contract No. C-068; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has determined that the work under this project has been
completed as of November 20, 1996, in compliance with the plans and specifications thereof;
now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, by the Danville Town Council that said work by and with Redgwick Construction
Company, is hereby accepted as complete; and be it further
RESOLVED, that the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to file with the County
Recorder of the County of Contra Costa, a Notice of Completion for said project within ten (10)
days from the date hereof.
APPROVED by the Danville Town Council at a Regular Meeting on January 21, 1997, by the
following vote:
