APPROVING THE TRANSFER OF
$4,000 FROM THE HAP MAGEE RANCH PARK
OPERATIONS BUDGET TO THE PARK ENTRY
STRUCTURE PROJECT (B-099)
WHEREAS, the Town Council approved the Park Entry Structure project in the 1995-
96 CIP, and;
WHEREAS, the low bid for the project exceeds the project budget, and;
WHEREAS, sufficient additional funding exists within the Hap Magee Ranch Park
operations budget; now, therefore be it
RESOLVED, that the Danville Town Council approve the transfer of $4,000, including
$2,996 for the base bid and $1,004 for a project contingency, from the Hap Magee
Ranch Park operations budget to the Park Entry Structure project B-099.
APPROVED, by the Danville Town Council at a Regular Meeting on October 15, 1996
by the following vote:
