HomeMy WebLinkAbout136-96RESOLUTION NO. 136-96 APPROVING CONTRACT CHANGE ORDER AND APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS FOR PAVEMENT MANAGEMENT PROGRAM PAVEMENT REPMR PROJECT, CONTRACT NO. C-038(96B) WHEREAS, the Danville Town Council awarded the contract for the Pavement Management Program Pavement Repair Project, Contract No. C-038(96B), on September 3, 1996; and WHEREAS, Town staff is recommending the inclusion of El Pintado Road into the contract by change order; and WHEREAS, sufficient funds are contained in the 1996-97 Capital Improvement Program to fund the original contract and the additional change order work; now, therefore, be it RESOLVED, by the Danville Town Council that the E1 Pintado Road work be added to the original contract by change order; and be it further RESOLVED, by the Danville Town Council, that an appropriation in the amount of $267,453.73 be made from the 1996-97 Capital Improvement Program to fund the original contract and the $22,000 additional work plus contingencies. APPROVED by the Danville Town Council at a Regular Meeting on October 15, 1996, by the following vote: AYES: Greenberg, NOES: None ABSTAINED: None ABSENT: None Shimansky, Arnerich, Doyle, Waldo MAYOR APPROVED AS TO FORM: CITY ATTORNEY ATTEST: CITY CLERK
