AUTHORIZING THE INSTALLATION OF STOP SIGNS
AT ALL APPROACHES TO THE INTERSECTION OF
DEL AMIGO ROAD AND CALMAR VISTA ROAD
WHEREAS, the streets named in this resolution are maintained by the Town of Danville;
and,
WHEREAS, in the interest of enhancing traffic safety, that additional traffic controls are
needed at all entrances to the Calmar Vista Road and Del Amigo Road intersection; and,
WHEREAS, the stop signs, as declared by this resolution, will facilitate the orderly
movement of traffic in a reasonable and safe manner; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED by the Danville Town Council that pursuant to Section 21354 of the California
Vehicle Code, the above named intersections are hereby declared stop intersections and
stop signs shall be erected at all the vehicle entrances thereto as described above.
APPROVED by the Danville Town Council at a Regular Meeting on September 3, 1996, by
the following vote:
