APPROVING THE SATISFACTORY COMPLETION OF PRIVATE IMPROVEMENTS
AND ACCEPTANCE OF PUBLIC RIGHTS-OF-WAY FOR SUBDIVISION 7213,
HERITAGE PARK
WHERF~S, Davidon Homes is the Subdivider of said subdivision; and
WHEREAS, Subdivider has requested the Town of Danville approve said Subdivision
improvements as complete; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has advised that the private improvements required as a
condition of that subdivision agreement between the Town of Danville and said Subdivider
have been satisfactorily completed; and
WHERF~S, said subdivision lies within the corporate limits of the Town of Danville; and
WHERFAS, it is now in the interest of the Town of Danville to establish that those private
improvements are complete; and
WHEREAS, it is now in the interest of the Town of Danville to accept those public easements
on said subdivision map, for the benefit of, and use of, the general public; and
WHEREAS, the Danville Town Council must act affirmatively in order to approve the
improvements as being satisfactorily completed and accept those public easements; now,
therefore, be it
RESOLVED, by the Danville Town Council that those private improvements required by said
subdivision agreement are satisfactory and the Town of Danville hereby accepts the
following rights-of-way shown on the Subdivision Map: Parcels A, C, I and J offered for the
public benefit as pedestrian access and landscape purposes within this Subdivision; and be
it further
RESOLVED, that the City Clerk is authorized and directed to release those securities
required as a condition of this subdivision in accordance with the subdivision agreement
and the Danville Municipal Code.
APPROVED by the Danville Town Council at a Regular Meeting on June 4, 1996, by the
following vote:
