APPROVING A ONE-YEAR TIME EXTENSION OF PUD 91-10
PLUMMER/READ (APN: 202-100-035)
WHEREAS, Lou Plummer and Robert Read have requested approval of a one-year time
extension of PUD 91-10, a previously approved Preliminary and Final Development Plan
allowing the development of a 20 lot residential subdivision on a 30.5 +/- acre site; and
WHEREAS, the subject site is located at the terminus of Campbell Place and is further
identified as Assessor's Parcel Number 202-100-035; and
WHEREAS, the Town of Danville's zoning ordinance allows for the approval of time
extensions of previously approved Preliminary and Final Development Plans; and
WHEREAS, this time extension is the fourth of a maximum of five possible one-year time
extensions, and will expire on April 7, 1997; and
WHERF~S, the Danville Town Council did review the request at a noticed public hearing
on May 7, 1996; and
WHEREAS, the public notice of this action was given in all aspects as required by law; and
WHEREAS, a staff report was submitted recommending that the Town Council approve
the request; and
WHEREAS, the Danville Town Council did hear and consider all reports,
recommendations, and testimony submitted in writing and presented at the hearing; now,
therefore, be it
RESOLVED that the Danville Town Council approves of the one-year time extension for
PUD 91-10 -- Plummer/Read and makes the following findings in support of this action:
1. The proposed project is consistent with the Danville 2005 General Plan.

The uses authorized or proposed in the land use district are compatible within the
district and to uses authorized in adjacent districts.

Conditions within the neighborhood are substantially the same as the conditions
under which the project was originally approved.
APPROVED by the Danville Town Council at a Regular Meeting held on May 7, 1996 by
the following vote:
