APPROVING NOTICE OF COMPLETION FOR
DIABLO ROAD PEDESTRIAN WALKWAY, CONTRACT NO. A-064(A)
WHEREAS, on December 19, 1995, the Town Council of the Town of Danville, by
Resolution No. 185-95, awarded Contract No. A-064(A) for the purpose of constructing
a pedestrian walkway on the northerly side of Diablo Road between Camino Tassajara
and Alamatos Drive (west); and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has determined that the work under this project has been
completed as of March 5, 1996, in compliance with the plans and specifications thereof;
now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED by the Town Council of the Town of Danville that said work by and with
Upgrade Construction, Inc., is hereby accepted as complete; and, be it
FURTHER RESOLVED that $220.08 be appropriated from the Local General
Improvements Account to cover the final cost of this project; and, be it
FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to file with
the County Recorder of the County of Contra Costa, a Notice of Completion of said
project within ten (10) days from the date hereof.
APPROVED by the Danville Town Council at a Regular Meeting on April 2, 1996, by the
following vote:
