APPROVING APPOINTMENT OF COUNCILMEMBERS
MIKE SHIMANSKY AND DICK WALDO TO THE
CENTRAL CONTRA COSTA SOLID WASTE AUTHORITY BOARD
WHEREAS, the Town of Danville and the Central Contra Costa Solid Waste Authority Board
have joined together to cooperatively undertake certain aspects of solid waste planning and
management; and
WHEREAS, the Central Contra Costa Solid Waste Authority requires the Town to appoint
two representatives to the Board by resolution of the Town Council; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, the Danville Town Council hereby confirms the appointment of
Councilmembers Michael Shimansky and Dick Waldo to the Central Contra Costa Solid
Waste Authority Board.
APPROVED by the Danville Town Council at a regular meeting on February 20, 1996, by
the following vote:
AYES: Greenberg,
None
NOES:
ABSTAINED: None
ABSENT: None

Arnerich, Doyle, Waldo
