HomeMy WebLinkAbout002-96RESOLUTION NO. 2-96 APPROVING NOTICE OF COMPLETION FOR HAP MAGEE RANCH PARK POLLUTION CONTROL PROJECT, CONTRACT NO. B-242 WHEREAS, on July 18, 1995 the Town Council of the Town of Danville, by Resolution No. 121-95, awarded Contract No. B-242 for the purpose of completing the Hap Magee Ranch Park Pollution Control Project; and WHEREAS, the City Engineer has determined that the work under this project has been completed as of November 20, 1995, in compliance with the plans and specifications thereof; now, therefore, be it RESOLVED by the Town Council of the Town of Danville that said work by and with Pacheco Brothers Gardening Inc., is hereby accepted as complete; and, be it FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to file with the County Recorder of the County of Contra Costa, a Notice of Completion of said project within ten (10) days from the date hereof. APPROVED by the Town Council of the Town of Danville at a Regular Meeting held on January 16, 1996, by the following vote: AYES: Greenberg, NOES: None ABSTAINED: None ABSENT: None Shimansky, Arnerich, Doyle, Waldo MAYOR APPROVED AS TO FORM: CITY ATTORNEY ATTEST: CITY CLERK
