ACCEPTING THE PUBHC IMPROVEMENTS AND RIGHT-OF-WAYS AND
ESTABLISHING THE SATISFACTORY COMPLETION OF
PRIVATE IMPROVEMENTS FOR SUBDIVISION 7646, LASATA
WHEREAS, Providence Development Corporation is the Subdivider of said subdivision;
and
WHEREAS, Subdivider has requested the Town of Danville to accept said subdivision
as complete; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has advised that the improvements required as a
condition of that subdivision agreement between the Town of Danville and said
subdivider have been satisfactorily completed; and
WHEREAS, said subdivision lies within the corporate limits of the Town of Danville;
and
WHEREAS, it is now in the interests of the Town of Danville to:
accept those public streets and easements on said subdivision map, for the
benefit of, and use of, the general public; and
accept those public improvements installed as public facilities for the benefit of,
and use of, the general public; and
establish those private improvements as completed within said subdivision; and
WHEREAS, Town Council of the Town of Danville must act affirmatively in order for
the subdivision improvements and right-of-ways to be accepted; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, by the Town Council of the Town of Danville that the Town of Danville
hereby accepts those public improvements installed as a condition of this Subdivision;
and, be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Town of Danville hereby accepts those public streets
and easements offered to the public within this Subdivision noted as follows:
Camino Tassajara, Sherburne Hills Road from Camino Tassajara to the cul-de-sac at lot
24, Lasata Court, all P.U.E.'s (Public Utility Easements), all E.V.A.E.'s (EmergencyVehicle
Access Easement), that S.D.E. (Storm Drainage Easement) within lots 14 & 15 & that
portion of the S.D.E. within lot 13 that is coincident with the P.U.E., and the Trail
Easement; and, be it

FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Town of Danville hereby establishes those private
improvements as completed within this Subdivision; and, be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Town staff is authorized and directed to release those
sureties required as a condition of this Subdivision in accordance with the Subdivision
Agreement and the Town Code.
APPROVED by the Danville Town Council at a regular meeting on December 19, 1995,
by the following vote:
