APPROVING NOTICE OF COMPLETION FOR THE
DIABLO ROAD/CREEK SLIDE REPMR -
CONTRACT DSR 49917
WHEREAS, on August 1, 1995, the Town Council of the Town of Danville, by
Resolution No. 102-95 awarded Contract DSR 49917 for the purpose of repairing a slide
at Diablo Road/Creek; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has determined that the work under this project has been
completed as of November 20, 1995 in compliance with the plans and specifications
thereof; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, by the Town Council of the Town of Danville that said work by and with
Up Grade Construction Company, is hereby accepted as complete; and, be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to file with
the County Recorder of the County of Contra Costa, a Notice of Completion for said
project within ten (10) days from the date hereof.
APPROVED by the Town Council of the Town of Danville at a Regular Meeting on
December 19, 1995 by the following vote:
