HomeMy WebLinkAbout127-95RESOLUTION NOo 127-95 NOTICE OF COMPLETION FOR THE 1995A PAVEMENT OVERLAY PROJECT CONTRACT NO. C-038 (95A) WHEREAS, on May 16, 1995, the Town Council of the Town of Danville, by Resolution No. 68-95 awarded Contract No. C-038 (95A) for the purpose of completing the asphalt overlay of Town streets; and WHEREAS, the City Engineer has determined that the work under this project has been completed as of August 4, 1995, in compliance with the plans and specifications thereof; now, therefore, be it RESOLVED, by the Town Council of the Town of Danville that said work by and with O'Grady Paving Inc. is hereby accepted as complete; and, be it FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to file with the County Recorder of the County of Contra Costa, a Notice of Completion for said project within ten (10) days from the date hereof. APPROVED by the Town Council of the Town of Danville at a Regular Meeting on September 5, 1995 by the following vote: AYES: NOES: None ABSTAINED: None ABSENT: Ritchey Greenberg, Doyle, Shimansky, Waldo MAYOR APPROVED AS TO FORM: CITY ATTORNEY ATTEST: ACTING CITY CLERK
