DECLARING A YIELD INTERSECTION
WHEREAS, the sweets named in this resolution are maintained by the Town of Danville;
and,
WHERF~S, the Town Council of the Town of Danville resolves on the basis of
Engineering and traffic studies, that an additional traffic control is needed at the following
intersection:
Greenbrook Drive-Old Orchard Road at Sycamore Valley Road
WHEREAS, the yield sign as declared by this resolution will facilitate the orderly
movement of traffic in a reasonable and safe manner; now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the Town Council of the Town of Danville that pursuant to Section
21356 of the California Vehicle Code, the above named intersection is hereby declared
a yield intersection and a yield sign shall be erected at the entrance of the Old Orchard
Road separate right turn lane into Sycamore Valley Road at the location described above.
APPROVED by the Danville Town Council at a regular meeting held on June 6, 1995, by
the following vote:
AYES: Greenberg, Doyle, Ritchey, Shimansky, Waldo
NOES: None
ABSTAIN: None
ABSENT: None
