PROHIBITING STOPPING ON CAMINO TASSAJARA
WHEREAS, Camino Tassajara is maintained by the Town of Danville; and,
WHEREAS, the Town Council of the Town of Danville resolves on the basis of an
Engineering and traffic study, that controls prohibiting stopping are needed on both sides
of Camino Tassajara from 400 feet east, to 300 feet west, of Sherburne Hills Road; and,
WHEREAS, the stopping restrictions ordered by this resolution will enhance the safety of
traffic movements through the intersection; now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the Town Council of the Town of Danville that pursuant to Section
22507 of the California Vehicle Code, the above named road sections are hereby declared
no stopping zones and signs indicating the restrictions shall be erected at regular intervals
within the zones.
APPROVED by the Danville Town Council at a regular meeting held on February 7, 1995,
by the following vote:
AYES: Greenberg, Doyle, Ritchey, Shimansky, Waldo
