HomeMy WebLinkAbout149-94RESOLUTION NO. 149-94 APPROVING THE SATISFACTORY COMPLETION OF PRIVATE IMPROVEMENTS WITHIN MS 856-90 WHEREAS, Liahona M. Christensen is the Subdivider of said subdivision; and WHEREAS, Subdivider has requested the Town of Danville to accept said subdivision as complete; and WHEREAS, the City Engineer has advised that the private improvements required as a condition of that Subdivision Agreement between the Town of Danville and said subdivider have been satisfactorily completed; and WHERF~S, said subdivision lies within the corporate limits of Town of Danville; and WHERF. AS, it is in the interests of the Town of Danville to establish that those private improvements have been completed in a satisfactory manner; and WHEREAS, when the improvements have been satisfactorily installed it is in the interests of the Town of Danville to release those securities guaranteeing performance of the Subdivision Agreement; and WHERF~S, Town Council of the Town of Danville must act affirmatively in order for the subdivision improvements to be accepted as complete; now, therefore, be it RESOLVED, by the Town Council of the Town of Danville that the those private improvements required by said Subdivision Agreement are satisfactory; and, be it FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Town staff is authorized and directed to release those securities required as a condition of this Subdivision in accordance with the Subdivision Agreement and the Town Code.
