DECLARING TWO-HOUR PARKING ON HARTZ AVENUE
WHEREAS, Hartz Avenue is maintained by the Town of Danville; and,
WHEREAS, the Town Council of the Town of Danville resolves on the basis of an
Engineering and traffic study, that additional parking controls are needed on the west side
of Hartz Avenue from Diablo Road to Linda Mesa Avenue; and,
WHEREAS, the parking restrictions ordered by this resolution will facilitate the orderly
turnover of parked veh?_cles in a reasonable manner; now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the Town Council of the Town of Danville that pursuant to Section
22507 of the California Vehicle Code, the above named road section is hereby declared
a two-hour parking zone and signs indicating the restriction shall be erected at regular
intervals within the zone.
APPROVED by the Danville Town Council at a regular meeting held on November 15,
1994, by the following vote:
AYES: Ritchey, Greenberg, Doyle, Shimansky, Waldo
NOES: None
ABSTAIN: None
ABSENT: None
