DECLARING A YIELD INTERSECTION
WHEREAS, the streets named in this resolution are maintained by the Town of Danville;
and,
WHEREAS, the Town Council of the Town of Danville resolves on the basis of an
Engineering and traffic study, that additional traffic control is needed at the intersection
of the Danville Boulevard southbound right turn lane with Railroad Avenue; and,
WHERF~S, the yield sign as declared by this resolution will facilitate the orderly
movement of traffic in a reasonable and safe manner; now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the Town Council of the Town of Danville that pursuant to Section
21356 of the California Vehicle Code, the above named intersection is hereby declared
a yield intersection and a yield sign shall be erected at the entrance thereto as described
above.
APPROVED by the Danville Town Council at a regular meeting held on November 1,
1994, by the following vote:
AYES: Ritchey, Greenberg, Shimansky, Waldo
NOES: None
ABSTAIN: None
ABSENT: Doyle
