APPROVING LEGAL SERVICES AGREEMENT
WITH MCDONOUGH, HOLLAND AND ALLEN
WHEREAS, the Town of Danville requires the services of an interim City Attorney pending
the recruitment of a permanent City Attorney; and
WHEREAS, the firm of McDonough, Holland and Allen ("McDonough") is qualified, by
training and experience, to provide such services; and
WHEREAS, the Town and McDonough desire to enter into a written agreement governing
the terms and conditions under which such services will be provided; now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Town Council of the Town of Danville, that the Town Manager
be, and hereby is, authorized to execute on behalf of the Town, a Legal Services Agreement
with the firm of McDonough, Holland and Allen for interim City Attorney services, in the
form as lodged with the City Clerk, together with such changes as may hereafter become
necessary, provided such changes do not materially increase the obligations of the Town.
APPROVED by the Danville Town Council at a Regular Meeting held on October 4, 1994,
by the following vote:
