HomeMy WebLinkAbout117-94', ~ ~ /'~"-, RESOLUTION NO. 117-94 DECLARING PRIMA FACIE SPEED LIMITS ON PORTIONS OF CITY STREETS WHEREAS, the street sections listed below are maintained by the Town of Danville; and, WHERFAS, the Town Council of the Town of Danville resolves that on the basis of individual engineering and traffic surveys, a speed limit of 55 miles per hour upon the following street sections is more than is reasonable or sate; and, WHEREAS, the prima facie speed limits declared by this resolution will facilitate the orderly movement of traffic in a reasonable and safe manner; now, therefore, be it RESOLVED by the Town Council of the Town of Danville that pursuant to Sections 22357 and 22358 of the California Vehicle Code, the fbllowing prima facie speed limits are established: 25 m.p.h. on: HARLAN DRIVE--from Greenbrook Drive to St. Christopher Drive. MUSTANG DRIVE--from E1 Capitan [)rive to Greenbrook [)rive. RAILROAD AVENUE--from Danville Boulevard to San Ramon Valley Boulevard. ST. HELENA DRIVE--from Harlan [)rive to Sinnet Court. 30 m.p.h. on: EL CERRO BOULEVARD--from Danville Boulevard to Ackerman Drive-Diablo Road. 35 m.p.h. on: CAMINO TASSAJARA--fi'om Diablo Road to Old Orchard Drive. DIABLO ROAD--from Via Hermosa to Ackerman Drive-El Cerro Boulevard. DIABLO ROAD--f~om Ackerman Drive-El Cerro Boulevard to Green Valley-McCauley Road. 45 m.p.h. on: CAMINO TASSAJARA--fi'om Sycamore Valley Road to Creekside-Holbrook [)rive. CAMINO TASSAJARA--f?om Creekside-Holbrook [)rive to Blackhawk-Crow Canyon Road. CAMINO TASSAJARA--from Blackhawk-Crow Canyon Road to Lawrence Road.
