DECLARING INDIAN HOME STOP INTERSECTIONS
WHEREAS, the streets named in this resolution are maintained by the Town of Danville;
and,
WHERF~S, the Town Council of the Town of Danville resolves on the basis of an
Engineering and traffic study, that additional traffic controls are needed at the following
intersection of Indian Home Road and Tunbridge Road; and,
WHEREAS, the stop signs as declared by this resolution will facilitate the orderly
movement of traffic in a reasonable and safe manner; now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the Town Council of the Town of Danville that pursuant to Section
21354 of the California Vehicle Code, the above named intersection is hereby declared
a stop intersection and stop signs shall be erected at all the entrances theretop
APPROVED by the Danville Town Council at a regular meeting held on September 6,
1994, by the following vote:~
AYES: Ritchey, Greenberg, Doyle, Shimansky, Waldo
NOES: None
ABSTAIN: None
ABSENT: None
