HomeMy WebLinkAbout096-94RESOLUTION NO. 96 - 94 DIRECTING THE MAYOR OF THE TOWN OF DANVILLE TO CERTIFY THE 1994 CONGESTION MANAGEMENT PROGRAM LOCAL JURISDICTION COMPLIANCE CHECKLIST WHEREAS, the Contra Costa Transportation Authority (CCTA) has the responsibility of ensuring local jurisdiction compliance with the Congestion Management Program; and WHEREAS, Interstate 680 through Danville is operating within its Congestion Management Program Level of Service standard and no Deficiency Plans are required; and WHEREAS, the Town has adopted a Transportation Demand Management ordinance; and WHEREAS, the Town has evaluated the impact of land use decisions on the transportation system; and WHEREAS, the Town has prepared traffic studies consistent with CCTA Technical Procedures; and WHEREAS, the Town has satisfied all requirements necessary to be found in compliance with the Congestion Management Program; now, therefore, be it RESOLVED that the Town Council of the Town of DanviHe authorizes the Mayor to certify the 1994 Congestion Management Program Local Jurisdiction Compliance Checklist, indicating the Town's compliance with the Congestion Management Program. If the answer to 2-a. is yes, has the jurisdiction designated the segments or intersections for which Deficiency Plans have been approved as deficient and adopted a Deficiency Plan (in the form of an Action Plan amendment) for those segments consistent with Government Code Section 65089.3(13)? If yes, list segments for which Deficiency Plans have been adopted.
