HomeMy WebLinkAbout038-94RESOLUTION NO. 38-94 AMENDING SUBLEASE AGREEMENT FOR 1027 LAGONDA WAY WHEREAS, On May 7, 1991, the Town of Danville approved a sublease agreement for the property and improvements located at 1027 LaGonda Way with Maintenance Services Manager, Thom Head; and WHEREAS, Exhibit B to the sublease specified all work to be undertaken by the Maintenance Services Manager to rehabilitate the structure over a three year time period; and WHEREAS, Grading and construction of improvements at Hap Magee Ranch Park have resulted in the detection of dry rot damage to the porch area located at the front of the building; and WHEREAS, The Town wishes to have such damage repaired prior to making the building available for public use; and WHEREAS, The Town has agreed to substitute repair of said damage for other work items contained in Exhibit B to Resolution No. 80-91 as described in Attachment A to this resolution; and WHEREAS, the Town desires to provide for the presence of a caretaker on the site for up to an additional six months through December 31, 1994; now, therefore BE IT RESOLVED, by the Town Council of the Town of Danville, that the Town Manager is authorized to execute modifications to the sublease agreement for the property at 1027 LaGonda Way as set forth herein. APPROVED by the Town Council of the Town of Danville at a Regular Meeting held on Tuesday, March 15, 1994, by the following vote: AYES: RITCHEY, NOES: NONE ABSTAINED: NONE ABSENT: NONE GREENBERG, DOYLE, SHIMANSKY, WALDO ATTEST: CITY CLERK APPROVED AS TO FORM:
