HomeMy WebLinkAbout133-93 RESOLUTION NO. 133-93 APPROPRIATING CCCRMIA FUNDS TO REPLACE A DAMAGED POLICE VEHICLE WHEREAS, On January 14, 1993 a police vehicle was totalled in an accident, and WHEREAS, the Contra Costa County Risk Management Insurance Authority was dully notified as the Town's insurance agency, and WHEREAS, the vehicle was replaced, at a cost of $19,735, in July 1993 with previously appropriated Asset Replacement funds, and WHEREAS, the CCCRMIA did approve coverage of the totalled vehicle and presented the Town with a check for the cash value of the vehicle and equipment in the amount of $17,299.62; now, therefore, be it RESOLVED, by the Town Council of the Town of Danville that the Town Council hereby appropriates $17,299.62 from the Contra Costa County Risk Management Insurance Authority to the Asset Replacement fund. APPROVED by the Danville Town Council at a Regular Meeting held on October 19, 1993, by the following vote: AYES: NOES: ABSTMNED: ABSENT: SHIMANSKY, DOYLE, GREENBERG, LANE NONE NONE RITCHEY APPROVED AS TO FORM: / CITY ATTORNEY ATTEST: CITY CLERK
