HomeMy WebLinkAbout061-93RESOLUTION NO. 61-93 APPROVING THE NOTICE OF COMPLETION FOR GREEN VALLEY SCHOOL/PARK PHASE 1-B IMPROVEMENTS CONTRACT #91-14c, CIP PROJECT #98 WHERF~S, on December 17, 1991, the Town Council of the Town of Danville, awarded a contract for the purpose of completing the Green Valley School/Park Improvements, Contract #91-14c, CIP Project #98; and WHEREAS, the City Engineer has determined that the work under this project has been completed as of September 5, 1992, in compliance with the plans and specifications thereof; now, therefore, be it RESOLVED, by the Town Council of the Town of Danville that said work by and with B.L. Cohen Landscape Inc., is hereby accepted as complete; and be it further RESOLVED, that Town Council hereby authorizes and directs the City Clerk of the Town of Danville to file with the County Recorder of the County of Contra Costa, a Notice of Completion of said project within ten (10) days from the date hereof.
