RESOLUTION NO. 50-93
ESTABLISHING THE SATISFACTORY COMPLETION OF
PRIVATE SUBDIVISION IMPROVEMENTS WITHIN LAUREL COTTAGES
WHEREAS, Laurel Cottage Partners is the Subdivider of said subdivision; and
WHEREAS, Subdivider has requested the Town of Danville to accept said subdivision
as complete; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has advised that the private improvements required as a
condition of that Subdivision Agreement between the Town of Danville and said
subdivider have been satisfactorily completed; and
WHEREAS, said subdivision lies within the corporate limits of Town of Danville; and
WHEREAS, it is in the interests of the Town of Danville to establish that those private
improvements are complete; and
WHEREAS, it is in the interests of the Town of Danville to release those securities
guaranteeing performance of the Subdivision Agreement; and
WHEREAS, Town Council of the Town of Danville must act affirmatively in order for
the subdivision to accepted as complete; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, by the Town Council of the Town of Danville that the those private
improvements required by said Subdivision Agreement are satisfactory; and, be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Town staff is authorized and directed to release those
securities required as a condition of this Subdivision in accordance with the Subdivision
Agreement and the Town Code.
APPROVED by the Danville Town Council at a regular meeting on May 4, 1993, by the
following vote:
