HomeMy WebLinkAbout172-92f---x· RESOLUTION NO. 172-92 APPROVING THE NOTICE OF COMPLETION FOR THE HAP MAGEE RANCH PARK- STORM DRAIN OUTFALL CONSTRUCTION WHEREAS, on September 30, 1992, the Town Manager of the Town of Danville, awarded a Contract for the purpose of completing Hap Magee Ranch Park - Storm Drain Outfall Construction project; and WHEREAS, the City Engineer has determined that the work under this project has been completed as of October 9, 1992, in compliance with the plans and specifications thereof; now, therefore, be it RESOLVED, by the Town Council of the Town of Danville that said work by and with H.F. Ehler Company, Inc., is hereby accepted as complete; and be it FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Clerk of the Town of Danville is hereby authorized and directed to file with the County Recorder of the County of Contra Costa, a Notice of Completion of said project within ten (10) days from the date hereof. APPROVED, by the Danville Town Council at a Regular Meeting on November 17, 1992, by the following vote: AYES: LANE, SHIMANSKY, DOYLE, GREENBERG, RITCHEY NOES: NONE ABSTAINED: NONE ABSENT: NONE MAYOR ~f APPROVED AS TO FORM: ATTEST: CITY CLERK PAGE 1 OF RESOLUTION NO. 172-92
