HomeMy WebLinkAbout139-92RESOLUTION NO. 139-92 APPROVING THE AUTHORIZATION OF 20% MATCHING FUNDS FOR THE HARTZ AVENUE RECONSTRUCTION PROJECT WHEREAS, the Town of Danville intends to construct the Hartz Avenue Improvement project; and WHEREAS, such project consists of the installation of curb, gutter, sidewalk, street paving, and other surface improvements on Hartz Avenue between Diablo Road and San Ramon Valley Boulevard; and WHEREAS, such project is eligible for funding under the Federal Intermodal Surface Transportation Efficiency Act; and WHEREAS, Contra Costa Transit Authority requires confirmation that the Town will fund its share (20%) of the project cost estimated to be $87,492; now, therefore, be it RESOLVED by the Town Council of the Town of Danville that [twenty percent (20%) of the total project cost], or [$87,492] is hereby appropriated for the Hartz Avenue Reconstruction Project.
