HomeMy WebLinkAbout090-92x RESOLUTION NO. 90-92 DECLARING STOP INTERSECTIONS WHEREAS, the street sections listed below are maintained by the Town of Danville; and, WHEREAS, the Town Council of the Town of Danville resolves on the basis of engineering and traffic studies, that additional traffic controls are needed at the intersections of Camino Tassajara and Contada Circle, Camino Tassajara and Old Orchard Drive, and Pulido Road and Verde Mesa Drive; and WHEREAS, the Town Council of the Town of Danville resolves that on the basis of engineering and traffic studies, that there are no traffic controls at the intersections of Cameo Drive and Pulido Road, and Richard Lane and Scotch Court/Soda Place; and WHEREAS, the stop signs as declared by this resolution will facilitate the orderly movement of traffic in a reasonable and safe manner; now, therefore, be it RESOLVED by the Town Council of the Town of Danville that pursuant to Section 21354 of the California Vehicle Code, the above named intersections are hereby declared stop intersections and stop signs shall be erected at all entrances thereto.
