APPROVING TtIE APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS FOR
GREEN VALLEY ROAD MITIGATION LANDSCAPING
WHERF~S, the Town of Danville has previously made a commitment to provide
mitigation !andscaph~g on Green Valley Road; and
WHEREAS, this work is expected to be less than $11,000; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED by the Town Council of the Town of Danville that $11,000 be appropriated
from excess funds contained in the Green Valley Road Construction account; and, be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, that infbrmal bids be secured by staff to complete the mitigation
landscaping.
APPROVED by the t):mville Town Council at a Regular Meeting on May 19, 1992, by
the following vote:
