ACCEPTING WORK AS COMPLETE IN CONNECTION WITH THE CAMINO RAMON
EXTENSION MEDIAN LANDSCAPING, CONTRACT 89-15C
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has determined that the work under contract described as the
Camino Ramon Extension Median Landscaping (Contract No. 89o15C) has been completed in
compliance with the plans and specifications; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, by the Town Council of the Town of Danville that said work by and with Pacheco
Brothers Gardening, Inc., is hereby accepted as complete; and be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to file with the
County Recorder of the County of Contra Costa, a Notice of Completion of said project within ten
(10) days from the date hereof.
APPROVED by the Town Council of the Town of Danville at a Regular Meeting held on Tuesday,
March 3, 1992, by the following vote:
