ACCEPTING WORK AS COMPLETE IN CONNECTION WITH THE
TASSAJARA RANCH ASSESSMENT DISTRICT LANDSCAPE IMPROVEMENTS
CONTRACT NO. 90-6
WHEREAS, on October 16, 1990 the Town Council of the Town of Danville, awarded
Contract No. 90-6 for the purpose of completing the Tassajara Ranch Assessment
District Landscape Improvements; and
WHERF~S, the City Engineer has determined that the work under this project has been
completed as of January 10, 1992, in compliance with the plans and specification
thereof; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED by the Town Council of the Town of Danville that said work by and with
RMT LANDSCAPE COMPANY, is hereby accepted as complete; and, be it
FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to file with
the County Recorder of the County of Contra Costa, a Notice of Completion of said
project within ten (10) days from the date hereof.
APPROVED by the Danville Town Council at a Regular Meeting held on 4th day of
February, 1992, by the following vote:
AYES: Lane, Greenberg, Doyle, Ritehey, Shimansky
NOES: None
