HomeMy WebLinkAbout207-91RESOLUTION NO. 20%91 ACCEPTING WORK AS COMPLETE IN CONNECTION WITH THE PAVEMENT OVERLAY PROJECT - 1991 CONTRACT NO. 91-01C WHEREAS, on July 16, 1991, the Town Manager of the Town of Danville, awarded Contract No. 91-01C for the purpose of completing the Pavement Overlay Project - 1991; and WHEREAS, the City Engineer has determined that the work under this project has been completed as of October 28, 1991, in compliance with the plans and specifications thereof; now, therefore, be it RESOLVED by the Town Council of the Town of Danville that said work by and with Oliver De Silva, Incorporated is hereby accepted as complete; and, be it FURTHER RESOLVED the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to file with the County Recorder of Contra Costa County, a Notice of Completion of said project within ten (10) days from the date hereof. APPROVED by the Danville Town Council at a Regular Meeting held on the 19th day of November, 1991, by the following vote: AYES: Greenberg, Lane, NOES: None ABSTAINED: None ABSENT: None Ritchey, Schlendorf, Shimansky MAYOR APPROVED AS TO FORM: ATTEST: CITY CLERK
