APPOINTING PARKS AND LEISURE SERVICES COMMISSION
REPRESENTATIVES TO THE HAP MAGEE RANCH PARK
JOINT POWERS OPERATIONS COMMITTEE
WHEREAS, the Town Council is required to appoint two members to the Hap Magee Ranch
Park Joint Planning and Operations Committee; and
WHEREAS, on August 19, 1991, the Parks and Leisure Services Commission recommended
that Town Council appoint Brian Blue to serve on the Hap Magee Park Ranch Joint Planning
and Operations Committee for a one year term expiring in September, 1992; and
WHEREAS, the Parks and Leisure Services Commission also recommended that Town Council
appoint Lynn Yaney to serve on the Hap Magee Park Ranch Joint Planning and Operations
Committee for a two year term expiring in September, 1993; and
WHEREAS, the Parks and Leisure Services Commission recommended that Town Council
appoint Ron Crane to serve as an alternate representative to the Hap Magee Park Ranch Joint
Planning and Operations Committee;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Town Council of the Town of Danville that
the Town Council hereby appoints Brian Blue to the Hap Magee Ranch Park Joint Planning and
Operations Committee until September, 1992; and be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Town Council hereby appoints Lynn Yaney to the Hap
Magee Ranch Park Joint Planning and Operations Committee until September, 1993; and be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Town Council hereby appoints Ron Crane to serve as
alternate to the Hap Magee Ranch Park Joint Planning and Operations Committee.
APPROVED, by the Danville Town Council at a regular meeting on September 17, 1991, by
the following vote:
AYES: Greenberg, Ritchey, Schlendorf, Shimansky
NOES: None
ABSTAINED: None
ABSENT: Lane
